PROS: Easy to Install,Great Design,Functional,Works Great
OTHER THOUGHTS:   This toilet was a breeze to install. The flush is great every time. We have had toilets that clog all the time. the larger flush valve really works. Uses very little water. I have tried to see if I could clog the toilet and the worst case was that I had to flush a second time but no clogs. Graet product and highly reccomeded.

PROS: Great Design,Works Great
OTHER THOUGHTS:   First I have to say that National Builder Supply is a great site. Toto toilets are extremely expensive, but NBS was able to beat a local distributor's clearance price of 40% off, with free shipping. The packaging was almost too good. Extra expanding foam inside and outside of the Toto packaging, I almost could not free the toilet. If you have ever used a Toto, you know that they are responsible for other MFGs stepping up their game with low flow toilets that actually flush. 10 years ago they were the only one out there. Great one-piece, low profile design, soft close seat and powerful flush. When you are spending $10-20K to remodel your bathroom, don't go cheap on a toilet. Its the thing you rely on the most.

REVIEW:   This thing is terrific. I have an 18 year old son who eats by the cubic foot and sh### in equal volumes. I was used to coming into the bathroom after he had flushed a couple of times and needing to flush a couple more times myself. Not something to look forward to. With this it's one quiet flush - a little gurgle and it's gone. Nothing special about the installation. Couldn't be happier.

REVIEW:   I LOVE this toilet! I bought it after reading about it on the Cool Tools section of Kevin Kelly's web site. He raved, and so will I.
Our previous toilets needed plunging several times a month. I have not once had to plunge either toilet since the replacement. I'm very happy.
I also didnt#39;t realize how easy it is to install a toilet.

REVIEW:   We purchased two Ultramax Toilets for our recent remodel. They are the best. They are attractive looking, quiet flushing and they work everytime. We would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a toilet.

REVIEW:   So far we love our Toto toilet. And eventually would love to purchase another one for 2nd bathroom in our house. We always had problems with the toilet that we replaced. The house is only 17 years old and this is the 3rd toilet that we've purchased for that bathroom. Knock on wood, no overflows yet, and previously we were averaging an overflow at least once every two months or so. Hopefully, we will never again have any embarrassing situations thanks to Toto.

REVIEW:   This is far and above the best toilet that I have ever owned. It surpasses every other toilet that I have ever seen in efficiency, speed and quietness.
The only reason di dnot give it a ten in the overall rating category is due to a design decision by Toto. I would have preferred that the tank lid have a level surface to be able to put something on it. Other than this one tiny flaw, this is a perfect toilet.

REVIEW:   Excellence matters, and yes we are lovin-it. Flushing performance is very fast and quiet. Can I obtain a handle in nickel finish? Not happy with the slanted tank lid should be level.

REVIEW:   Flushing is excellent. Bowl does not self clean on a consistant basis. Brush needs to be frequntly used. Immediately replaced the SoftClose seat with a Bemis soft close model. The seat supplied with the toilet has DEEP crevices that are very difficult to reach for cleaning.

REVIEW:   I ordered 2 of them. One was perfect. The other one has a problem where the water drips into the bowl very slowly, but you can hear it and it's annoying. They sent me a free replacement kit for the flapper that should fix the problem, and they were very nice about it.

REVIEW:   Just bought the second TOTO toilet for our home, one more to go ... and we are all TOTO. Perfect powerful flushing, elegant shape, would have preferred satin nickel handle,(my plumber showed me how it can be achieved using a fine sand paper). Like the soft closing seat,in my installation I don't mid sloped top of tank.

REVIEW:   I just purchased two of these toilets to replace the original toilets I had in my house (circa 1950). I purchased these from Ardente Supply in Providence, and I have been very happy with them so far. We are now a TOTO family.

REVIEW:   There is very little to criticize with this toilet. Installation was a breeze. With the one piece design all you do is set it on the flange and hook up the water supply, and your done. Flushes first time every time. Our unit was delivered missing the flush valve float. We contacted TOTO and a new valve was at our doorstep in the morning.
