PROS: I appreciate the one-piece construction for easy installation, and the unit is performing perfectly.
OTHER THOUGHTS:   I was impressed with the fast and efficient service from National builders supply. The free shipping was an incentive for me.

"Performs as advertised"

PROS: Searched online reviews extensively before settling on this product. Other than a little difficulty with the installation -- a problem with the "house end" of the job not the toilet -- not a single problem. The toilet has performed as advertised without a single "second flush" or clog. We liked it so much we purchased a second one which has also performed flawlessly.
CONS: I found nothing whatsoever to dislike about the Toto Ultramax.

PROS: Great product. Installs quickly and easily. Flushes well, cleans bowl totally. Never plugged! One piece design a snap to clean.
CONS: Little pricey, but worth it.
OTHER THOUGHTS:   Shipping from National Builders was prompt and product was well packaged.

"actually works"

PROS: Its amazing that all toilets arent built like this. My husband was pleased with the ease of installation and that replacement parts appear to be readily available. It woks better than any commercial "throne" that I have seen lately.
OTHER THOUGHTS:   Im just very pleased with the product--ordered another one today and also recommended one to a friend--suggested she use this company and product too.

REVIEW:   This toilet is GREAT! The price is competitive and the performance beats the others hands down. It was easy to install and no leaks. It flushes with a WOOSH and all the waste is gone. I researched numerous toilets and decided on this one. I'll be replacing my other toilets with this one. Couldn't be better!

REVIEW:   It flushes well, does not stay clean, why does it not have the sanagloss? I am going to replace soon, since it is not "easier to sit and stand". I have a young child and he is not able to sit on it or climb on even with a stool. Just to everyone who is thinking of getting this ADA..a few inches makes a big difference.

REVIEW:   The flushing performance of the Toto Ultramax is fantastic. Everything goes down quickly. Not a hint of clogging. No fooling around with a plunger. The SoftClose seat is a nice bonus.

REVIEW:   Greatest toliet I ever bought ... beautiful, excellent flush, works great every time (have had it two years w/no problems whatsoever). My plumber said it was as easy to install as any toliet, and he loves the Toto quality ... so do I. I have owned Porcher, Kohler and American Standard toliets. None compare to beauty and quality of Toto. Getting ready to purchase two more to replace Porcher.

REVIEW:   I remodeled our bathroom with the ADA Ultramax, since the installation, I never had to plunge! This was a concern for me since this bathroom was the furthest away from the sewer main. The only problem or nuisance is when the ladies use the toilet, urine mist collects on the underside of the toilet seat. The installation was easy with the exception of the weight of the toilet. Since it was a one piece, it was heavy trying to place it in the correct position.
