OTHER THOUGHTS:   Fantastic toilet! Not a single clog to date (after 3 years of use and 4 of these in our house). Do not use the seat attachment hardware included with the seat. Instead be sure to use the black rubber blind installation fasteners included with the toilet. Standard seat hardware will allow seat movement and the black expansion fastener addresses this. Plumbers do not read instructions and will likely miss this. If your seat was mistakenly installed with the usual nylon screws and nuts you can obtain the correct hardware by calling Toto customer service. They sent it to me for free.

OTHER THOUGHTS:   I bought these toilets for another huse in Hawaii and have been completely spoiled since then. I never had aclog problem and love the soft closing seat. They also have a very modern and stramlined look.

OTHER THOUGHTS:   This is an excellent product. I am very pleased with its appearance and performance-much superior to the old standard toilets I replaced. The difficulties with installation could have been avoided if the plumber would have been familiar with this type of toilet.
